Position: Repair EngineerQualification: ITI or Diploma - ElectronicsExperience: 2 to 4 years
Job Responsibilities:
Component level Repair of VFD/ Servo Drives/PLC Modules/HMI Modules within TAT Testing of the repaired VFD/Servo Drives/ PLC Modules/HMI Modules and Making sure the repaired parts were tested as per the standard and dispatched with Quality assurance Co-ordinating with the Quality team for analysis on repaired parts received under repair warranty & taking the preventive actions to avoid repeated failure Co-ordinating for the product related queries & making remote assistance appropriately in the needed circumstances Responsible to make the site visit & do the analysis as per the requirement and should be available physically at any time needed for support Responsible to maintain the Test kits/ Test jigs/ Repair tools/ Test equipment's/ Test accessories/ Repair accessories functional & healthy also maintaining the records of the same. Supporting administrative staff for any related queries Managing & maintaining of the reports of repair & keep the reports updated Managing & maintaining the Repair Manuals/ Update manuals/ Equipment manual / Instruction manual.Skills Required:
Should have strong ability to identify & troubleshoot Should have knowledge and basic repair qualities of electronic equipment's Excellent knowledge & ability to identify basic electronics circuits Ability to resolve the fault by online/remote Ability to identify the electronics components Good verbal and written communications skills Should have basic knowledge on using of multimeter and other electrical equipment's 5s Discipline Rules to follow & keep implementedLocation: - Hoodi - BengaluruJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
