Roles & Responsibilities:

Good Understanding of Engineering Drawing, GD&T & Stack-up Analysis In-depth working knowledge of Aero/Gas turbine engine system, assembly, sub-assembly & parts Knowledge of Assembly & Dis-assembly of Aero Engine parts Experience on design reviews, Repair design assessment & Repair substantiation Knowledge of Mechanical Calculations like Stress/ Kt, Fatigue, Fracture Mechanics, Creep, Overspeed, Buckling & Bolted joints Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques and also their application during component repair. Knowledge of various types of repairs which can be applied to components In-depth knowledge of various failure/ deterioration mechanisms leading to component/ system failures

Work Experience

Teamcenter Experience on UGNX Knowledge on ANSYS (optional) Repair design substantiation Stack-up Analysis Repair techniques * New Repair development
