Quickly understands and assesses Airline\'s unique requirements, collects all the necessary inputs, and logs incoming Airline customer\'s requests received via email for Repair, Spares, Other maintenance enquiries, and technical requests. 2. Provides rapid response to Airline phone calls and emails, proactively and promptly provide updates to status requests and resolve customer issues 3. Co-ordinate Airline Customer\'s requests with different groups, negotiate delivery expectations, provide commit dates to customer, proactively assess and resolve customer issues 4. Address customer questions by effectively communicating with internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner 5. Ensure strict compliance to Aftermarket departmental procedures, Company policies, Export requirements, including compliance to all US export control requirements 6. Maintain a high degree of reliability and accuracy in all communications with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, Suppliers and other key stakeholders Skills & Experience Communication Coordination, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
