Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales Support :- Conduct targeted cold calling after thorough research to identify potential clients.- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the consulting/sales team for further engagement.- Collaborate closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and pipeline development. CRM Management :- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions using the company's CRM platform.- Regularly update lead statuses and ensure data hygiene for reliable reporting and analysis. Event & Exhibition Coordination :- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.- Coordinate with vendors, support logistics, and handle on-ground execution tasks as - required. Technical Support & R&D Assistance :- Provide basic assistance to the engineering team in product testing, prototype evaluations, and R&D activities for electronics-based solutions.- Maintain documentation and support QA processes under guidance. Digital Marketing (Learning Involvement) :- Voluntarily contribute to social media marketing efforts, including campaign ideas, content suggestions, and platform management as a part of skill-building.- Monitor trends and competitors under mentorship to grow in digital branding initiatives (ref:updazz.com)
