About the company:

Chessbrainz is a leading Sports Tech company based in Mumbai with a presence in 50+ countries, empowering kids (ages 5-14) worldwide through structured chess education and technology-driven learning.

Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai

Working days- 6 days

Working hours - 10pm - 7am Work setup- In office

Key Responsibilities: ₹ Handle renewal conversations with existing customers via whatsapp or calls ? Ensure timely renewal of subscriptions/contracts ? Follow up with customers before renewal dates. ? Address customer queries, concerns, and objections related to renewals. ? Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal processing. ? Provide basic product information and upsell/cross-sell where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications: ₹ Strong communication and negotiation skills ? Ability to work in a night shift environment ? Good problem-solving and follow-up skills ? Customer-focused attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
