About your skills
Contract Management: Overseeing the creation, execution, and analysis of contracts at the renewal period to ensure compliance, negotiate favorable terms, document changes, and mitigate risks while maintaining strong client relationships.
Customer Relationship Management: (CRM) Managing and analyzing customer interactions and data in CRM systems to understand client behaviors, track renewal opportunities, and utilize various communication channels to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Negotiation: Engaging in strategic dialogue with customers and stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements by understanding and addressing the needs and interests of all parties while protecting organizational objectives.
Account Management: Building and maintaining strategic client relationships, understanding customer needs and business objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver value and drive successful renewals and growth opportunities.
About this role
We are looking for a Renewals Manager to help us grow our revenue base and continue to drive world-class retention and renewal rates. In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of Enterprise client renewals, ensuring on-time customer retention and high dollar-over-dollar renewal rates. You will partner closely with our Customer Success and Account Executive teams to maintain and grow our account base while establishing scalable renewal processes.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations while maintaining exceptional client experiences. You will work autonomously to manage renewal forecasts, collaborate across multiple functions, and drive successful outcomes for both customers and Udemy. As a Renewals Manager, you will play a critical role in building sustainable renewal processes that support our continued growth and customer success.
