Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the SBI Renewal Process. The ideal candidate should have good communication and selling skills, along with a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer renewal calls and ensure timely policy renewals. Educate customers about product benefits, offers, and renewal procedures. Maintain accurate customer data and follow up for renewals. Meet daily and monthly targets as assigned by the team leader. Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Required Qualification & Skills:

Minimum Education: HSC (12th Pass) Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English Strong selling and persuasion abilities Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply Prior experience in insurance sales or renewals will be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:

14000-20000 Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Week Off: Rotational Cab Facility: Free pick & drop from Thane West Railway Station to office
