Job Description
: : Interest Collection from the loan allocated by contacting/direct visit to customer place. The role involves daily travel to customer place who have agreed to pay the interest/but not paid and to all \'Non Contactable\' customers. Daily Work : -Interest collection from the >9 months loans allocated for the branch. -Contact customers through Click 2 Call mobile application & updating call feedback in the app. -Direct Visit to customer place for collecting/renewing the loans. -Ensure 75% renewal of the >9M loans allocated for the branch.
