Contact policyholders through calls, emails, and messages to remind them of upcoming premium due dates.
Explain policy benefits, renewal process, and consequences of non-renewal.
Assist customers with queries related to policy renewal, premium payment options, and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly renewal targets set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and renewal status in the system (CRM/Excel).
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, underwriting, claims) for customer-related issues.
Upsell or cross-sell suitable insurance products wherever applicable.
Handle customer objections politely and resolve issues to ensure maximum retention.
Provide daily/weekly renewal reports to the Team Leader/Manager.
