Job Summary



The Renewal Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of subscription/license/policy renewals. This role ensures timely renewals, maintains customer satisfaction, and contributes to revenue retention by proactively engaging with clients, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities



1. Renewal Management



Track and manage renewal timelines for assigned customer accounts.

Send renewal reminders, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures.

Maintain renewal pipeline and update CRM/systems with accurate status and documentation.

2. Customer Engagement



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Understand customer needs and address any objections or service concerns.

Educate customers on product benefits, features, and value propositions.

3. Coordination & Documentation



Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) for seamless renewal processing.

Ensure all documentation, invoices, and contracts are complete and compliant.

Assist in preparing renewal reports and MIS for internal stakeholders.

4. Upselling & Cross-selling



Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell based on usage patterns and customer needs.

Collaborate with sales teams for account expansion or product upgrade conversations.

5. Reporting & Compliance



Track renewal KPIs such as retention rate, churn rate, and revenue impact.

Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in CRM tools.

Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred).

1-4 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or inside sales.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
