The Renewal Business Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing our portfolio of renewable contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and promote contract renewals. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop renewal strategies and identify upsell/ cross-sell opportunities. Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of renewing their contracts. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client. Maintain accurate records of contract renewals, including contract terms, pricing, and renewal dates. Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Qualifications Proven track record of achieving renewal targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
