Job Title: Embedded Engineer (Renesas / PSoC / NXP with BLE Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Engineer with hands-on expertise in Renesas, PSoC, or NXP microcontrollers along with strong knowledge of BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). The ideal candidate should have solid experience in embedded system development, firmware design, and hardware integration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, debug, and optimize firmware for Renesas, PSoC, or NXP MCUs. Design and implement BLE-based communication features. Work on low-level drivers, peripheral configuration, and hardware abstraction layers. Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system integration. Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation of design and implementation. Troubleshoot embedded system issues and propose effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

3-4 years of experience in embedded firmware development. Strong working knowledge of

Renesas / PSoC / NXP microcontrollers

. Hands-on experience with

BLE protocols, profiles, and stack integration

. Proficiency in

C/C++

programming for embedded systems. Experience with debugging tools (JTAG, SWD, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer). Familiarity with communication protocols such as

I2C, SPI, UART, CAN

. Understanding of RTOS concepts (FreeRTOS or similar).
