We are seeking a Junior HTML & WordPress Developer who is enthusiastic about web design and development. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress, with a passion for creating responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow with real-world projects.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
Customize and manage WordPress themes and plugins as per project needs.
Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD) into functional web pages.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for performance.
Perform basic troubleshooting, bug fixing, and content updates.
Collaborate with designers, senior developers, and project managers to deliver quality work.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
Familiarity with WordPress CMS, including themes and plugins.
Understanding of responsive web design principles.
Knowledge of SEO-friendly coding practices.
Basic understanding of Git/GitHub or version control systems.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and learning mindset.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi).
Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS frameworks.
Basic knowledge of PHP for WordPress customization.
Exposure to website hosting and deployment (cPanel/FTP).
Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience Level: Fresher – 1 Year (Internship/Project experience acceptable).
