Hunter Marshall remote recruitment company is pleased to open applications for the position of part time PPC Freelancer. This part time fully remote PPC Freelance contract role will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Google Ads, Bing and social media. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, ecommerce sales, and performance driven growth across multiple international markets.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in campaign strategy, conversion tracking, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis, along with the ability to clearly communicate insights and next steps.

Key Responsibilities



Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Primary) and Bing Ads for multiple regions, with a primary focus on European and American markets.

Plan and execute Search, Performance Max, Shopping and remarketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Continuously optimize budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, keywords, audiences, assets, and creatives to maximize return on ad spend and lead quality.

Manage both direct ecommerce sales performance and secondary B2B conversion actions such as enquiry forms, phone calls, chats, and contact requests.

Set up, audit, and maintain accurate conversion tracking across Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and related tools, including troubleshooting and implementing future tracking updates as required.

Conduct regular search term analysis, add negative keywords, and ensure traffic quality remains high across all campaigns.

Audit and provide paid media recommendations for partner websites and their advertising accounts when required.

Support other brand websites within the group when additional paid media support is needed.

Required Experience and Skills



Minimum seven years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with strong experience in B2B and ecommerce accounts. Experience managing Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, remarketing, and account structure for international markets. Strong experience with Bing Ads and managing cross platform paid search strategies. Proven experience setting up, auditing, and fixing conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions and business outcomes. Experience managing multiple regions, currencies, and languages, with a strong understanding of European, North American & Asian markets. Ability to manage budgets efficiently and optimize towards both lead quality and revenue outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain performance and strategy clearly to technical / non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience



Experience running PPC campaigns for B2B brands serving education, corporate offices, architectural, or interior design audiences, with a focus on lead quality over volume. Experience working with international or European based companies. Familiarity with Meta Ads or other paid platforms is a plus, though not essential.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
