to elevate our design process and bring extraordinary spaces to life.

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Wedding Architect / Event Architect

to lead the conceptual and spatial design of luxury weddings and events. This role focuses on layout planning, structural storytelling, visual balance, and translating creative concepts into cohesive, build-ready designs.

This position is ideal for designers who think in

space, flow, scale, and structure

, and who have experience designing premium South Asian and multicultural wedding environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design immersive event environments with strong spatial planning and architectural flow Develop complete design concepts including layouts, elevations, visual narratives, and decor zoning Create detailed mood boards, lookbooks, renderings, mockups, and presentation decks Plan stage structures, mandaps, palkis, backdrops, aisle treatments, and ceremonial focal points Utilize existing inventory strategically while proposing custom-built elements when required Collaborate with procurement, fabrication, and production teams to ensure design feasibility Maintain consistency and design integrity across all event elements Participate in internal reviews and client design consultations as needed Manage revisions, timelines, and multiple design deliverables efficiently
Qualifications & Skills

1-3 years experience in wedding design, event architecture, spatial design, or luxury event production (required) Strong understanding of spatial layout, structural balance, scale, and visual storytelling Experience designing South Asian and multicultural weddings (required) Knowledge of florals, draping, staging, fabrication, or set construction (strong asset) Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools (preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and concept articulation skills Ability to work flexible hours aligned with client meetings and production timelines
