Posting journals and assisting with month-end reporting.
Performing regular bank reconciliations through Internet Business Banking.
Supporting and covering payroll processing as required.
Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Monitoring and managing scheme finances, including claim submissions and receipts.
Liaising with scheme managers to ensure claims are completed accurately and on schedule.
Handling administrative and financial documentation for assigned schemes.
Assisting with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as accountant.
Strong working knowledge of SAGE Accounts software package.
Experience using Internet Business Banking and bank feeds.
Demonstrated UK or Irish accounts experience, including familiarity with UK or Irish financial processes and reporting standards.
Proficient in posting journals, reconciliations, AP/AR, and payroll cover.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Competent in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
