1. Posi?on Overview The Remote Tele-Nursing Staff will provide virtual clinical support to pa?ents and assist hospital medical teams using telecommunica?on technologies. The role involves pa?ent follow-up, health monitoring, triage support, and documenta?on while ensuring high standards of healthcare service. 2. Key Responsibili?es ? Provide remote nursing assistance through phone calls, video consulta?ons, and digital pla?orms. ? Conduct ini?al pa?ent assessment and triage based on symptoms and medical history. ? Guide pa?ents regarding medica?on, treatment plans, and follow-up procedures as per physician instruc?ons. ? Monitor pa?ent vitals and health condi?ons through remote monitoring systems. ? Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). ? Escalate cri?cal cases to doctors or emergency services as required. ? Educate pa?ents about preven?ve health prac?ces and chronic disease management. ? Coordinate with hospital departments for appointment scheduling and pa?ent support. ? Ensure pa?ent privacy, confiden?ality, and compliance with healthcare regula?ons (NHS, GDPR). 3. Required Qualifica?ons ? Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized ins?tu?on. ? Ac?ve Nursing Registra?on (NMC preferred for UK opera?ons). ? Minimum 1-2 years of nursing or telehealth experience. ? Strong communica?on and pa?ent-handling skills. ? Ability to use telehealth so?ware, EMR systems, and digital tools. 4. Preferred Skills ? Experience in telemedicine or remote pa?ent care. ? Mul?lingual abili?es (English mandatory; others preferred). ? Ability to manage mul?ple pa?ents and tasks efficiently. ? Good computer literacy and typing speed. 5. Work Environment & Schedule ?
