Grandeur Homes Real Estate is a Dubai-based company that helps people buy, sell, and invest in luxury properties. We focus on giving great service, expert advice, and honest support to clients from around the world. As our business grows, we're building a strong remote team in India to help us manage listings, leads, and communication. We're looking for motivated people who want to grow with us.
This role reports directly to the CEO and performance is coordinated via HR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Make minimum 100 cold outbound calls daily
Profile and qualify callers (budget, timeline, intent) using pre-set questionnaire
Deliver at least 5 qualified leads per day
Update CRM or spreadsheets with call logs and lead status
Escalate qualified leads promptly
Requirements:
Prior telecalling experience
Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills in English and Hindi
Goal driven, resilient, used to daily call and lead targets
Candidates with UAE or Dubai real estate experience optional but strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
