? Operational Leadership
? Oversee the daily operations of the digital agency, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
? Complete templated contracts with relevant details for new clients.
? Monitor contract terms and dates.
? Keep the team informed of contractuals obligations to clients.
? Develop, improve and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and scalability.
? Resource & Workflow Management
? Manage resource planning, allocation and utilisation across multiple projects and teams.
? Coordinate between account management, creative, performance marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow.
? Performance & Delivery
? Define and monitor KPIs for operational success, identifying areas for improvement.
? Implement project management best practices and tools .Fully own and maintain the accuracy on internal documents and tools such as-
i. Invoicing sheet.
ii.Client information sheets
iii.Monday.com boards/Slack pinned messages
iv.Dropbox storage/folders
v.Google drive folder
vi.Slack.
? Team Leadership & Development
? Mentor and support team leads across departments, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
? Drive performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning.
? Financial & Commercial Oversight ? Support budget planning, forecasting, and profitability tracking across client accounts.
? Work with leadership on pricing models, contract reviews, and operational cost control. ? Client & Stakeholder Management .
? Collaborate with account directors to ensure client expectations are met through efficient delivery.
? Act as an escalation point for operational challenges impacting client satisfaction.
? Innovation & Continuous Improvement
? Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, and digital tools adoption.
? Stay updated with industry best practices in digital agency operations.

? Reporting
? Prepare and deliver management reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
? Report on profitability of a client and team level. Understand and include the nuance around reporting of client context and recent performance to provide commercially sensible feedback .
? Provide regular leadership reporting without prompting on time each month and weekly status updates.
? Provide commercial context around reporting to turn hours and resource capacity into revenue reporting.
Requirements
? At least 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a digital agency, marketing services, or technology services environment.
? Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and agency operations.
? Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative, and technology workflows.
? Experience with project management tools and methodologies .
? Strong financial and commercial acumen.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
