About the Role:

Eleno Energy is looking for a passionate and result-driven

Sales Executive

to promote and sell our

CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) training courses

to international students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales fundamentals, and exposure to international sales or markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, qualify, and convert leads for CAE and engineering training programs. Communicate effectively with international students and professionals (mainly US region). Conduct online consultations and course presentations. Manage inquiries via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM. Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align sales goals. Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in

EdTech, training, or service-based sales

. Strong English communication and client engagement skills. Basic knowledge or exposure to

international/US sales

processes. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. Ability to work during

4:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)
