What you'll do

Reply in under 2 minutes

to new leads from WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook/Google/Website/Calls.

Qualify

(date, venue, headcount, budget band, must?haves) and

route

to the right service line.

Book & collect:

schedule trials/consults/shoots and

secure deposits

via payment links.

Prepare quotes

using Qwilr templates (shoots, decor, catering, bridal) within agreed guardrails.

Follow up

via a 14?day, 8?touch cadence until outcome (deposit / reschedule / disqualified).

Cross?sell

relevant add?ons (e.g., shoot ? makeup & outfits; decor ? catering).

Maintain CRM hygiene

in HubSpot; no stale leads; daily end?of?day KPI report in Monday.com.
