Remote Reels Editor (Insta-Style + Next Level Transitions)Location: RemoteSalary: 20,000/monthWho You Are:Youre the kind of person who watches a reel and instantly knows how it was made. You're obsessed with vibes, color grades, transitions, and that tiny beat drop cut that makes all the difference. If you can make 10 seconds of footage feel like a movie trailer we need you.What Youll Do:

• Edit reels from raw footage with flawless timing and flow
• Sync video cuts to music/audio beats
• Use motion graphics, text, emojis, zooms, flash cuts, color pops, etc.
• Deliver 15s, 30s, 60s Insta-style reels in required formats
• Bring boring content to life with your editing wizardry
• Suggest edits to improve storytelling, pacing, and punch

Skills & Tools:

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar
• Strong color correction + grading game
• Sound design: SFX, background audio balancing
• Excellent sense of rhythm and cut timing
• Can follow brand aesthetics or create new ones
• Fast turnaround with quality
• Bonus: Can handle long-form editing too (YT shorts, etc.)
