Scaler Studios is a fast-growing creative and marketing agency specializing in video production, motion design, social media creatives, and performance marketing. We work with brands across real estate, home services, e-commerce, and SaaS, helping them scale with high-impact campaigns and ROI-driven strategies.
We're looking for a Media Buyer who knows how to turn ad spend into revenue and can confidently manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube.
Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPL to optimize daily performance.
Develop and execute testing strategies (creative, audience, and offer testing).
Work closely with our creative team to align ad strategy with ad design and video edits.
Create scalable ad frameworks for different client industries.
Report weekly on performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in paid media buying (agency experience preferred).
Proven track record of managing $10k+ monthly ad spend with strong ROAS.
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram),plus experience Google Ads.
Strong understanding of funnel strategies, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear actions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with creatives and clients.
Nice to Have
Experience in Saas,home improvement, real estate, or e-commerce niches.
Knowledge of GoHighLevel, attribution tools
Copywriting and ad scripting background.
