The Remote HR Admin is responsible for providing full administrative support to the onshore HR team. This role focuses primarily on HR administrative tasks such as attendance validation, employee record management, and HR data reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in Excel and Canva, ensuring accurate documentation and professional HR presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform attendance validation and ensure accuracy of employee time records.
Maintain and update employee files, databases, and HR trackers.
Support the onshore HR team with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
Assist in preparing HR reports, templates, and presentations using Excel and Canva.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR standards and company policies.
Provide timely administrative assistance for other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative work (remote experience preferred).
Advanced Excel skills
(pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.).
Proficient in Canva
for creating HR reports, infographics, and presentations.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and support an onshore HR team remotely.
