We are a growing real estate third-party construction company based in the United States specializing in providing construction services primarily for hotels projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented

Remote Estimator

with proven experience in reading and interpreting building construction plans, performing accurate takeoffs, and supporting the project team with technical reviews and documentation.

Position Type:

Full-Time, Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed takeoffs using industry-standard takeoff software Review and interpret building construction plans for commercial real estate projects (hotel experience preferred) Handle technical requests from the project team Conduct submittal reviews for accuracy and compliance Review jobsite verifications through Openspace, Procore, and site photos Execute tasks from project lookahead schedules Identify gaps and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) Prepare takeoff and technical templates Perform all technical reviews to ensure design and scope accuracy

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an estimator in commercial construction (hotel construction experience preferred) Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting building construction plans Proficiency in takeoff software (specify examples if you want: e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.) Experience using Procore, Openspace, or similar construction project management tools Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with submittal processes and RFI preparation Knowledge of commercial building codes and construction methods Strong problem-solving abilities in identifying design or documentation gaps
