We are a fast-growing dental lab company scaling quickly across the U.S.
We're hiring a detail-oriented Lab Operations Manager to manage daily communication between our in-person lab and online customer service team. You will intake new cases, track production, resolve scanner issues, and keep internal systems updated. You are the link between the lab, our internal team, and client outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Intake new dental cases into our system
Coordinate case updates between lab technicians and support team
Identify and resolve missing/improper scans or files (Medit, iTero, STL, etc.)
Track each case from intake through production and delivery
Maintain internal tracking systems with up-to-date case statuses
Communicate design questions and feedback clearly and quickly
Escalate complex cases when needed
Submit daily case summaries and exceptions
Advise customer service reps on lab-related questions (e.g., crown design, materials, scan quality, case-specific fabrication considerations)
Provide tips or best practices to help non-lab team members better communicate with dentists and troubleshoot lab-related issues
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a dental lab
Familiarity with scanner systems (Medit, iTero, 3Shape, etc)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Detail-oriented, fast, and reliable communicator
Able to operate independently during U.S. working hours (EST)
Organized and confident solving high urgency, complex problems
COMPENSATION/HOURS
$1000-$1200/monthly, paid biweekly
Hours: 9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday, OT on Sat/Sun is available/preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹87,873.40 - ₹105,448.08 per month
