We are a fast-growing insurance agency seeking highly motivated and fluent English-speaking

Remote Cold Callers

to join our dynamic sales team. This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in India with prior experience in outbound sales or call center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

150+ cold calls per day

to small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. Present and promote our range of commercial insurance products and services Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments with licensed agents Record accurate notes and updates in our CRM system after each interaction Follow provided scripts and guidelines while also adapting to real-time conversations Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance goals

Requirements:

Fluent English communication skills

- verbal and written Previous experience in

telemarketing, sales, or cold calling

(insurance industry a plus) Comfortable working during

U.S. business hours

Reliable high-speed internet connection, computer, and headset Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Ability to handle rejection and remain professional and persistent

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with U.S.-based clients or businesses Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar Background in insurance or financial services
