London Education Centre -- a leading international tutoring organization is hiring a Remote Admin Assistant to support our operations team.
The role involves data entry, monitoring, coordination, and reporting using digital tools. You will be working closely with our admin and operations departments to ensure smooth daily functioning across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily data entry and report updates
Monitor CCTV and GPS tracking systems and record observations in log sheets
Maintain digital records and ensure accuracy of all entries
Assist with document management, filing, and follow-up tasks as needed
Requirements:
Good computer and typing skills.
Ability to monitor CCTV and GPS systems responsibly
Strong attention to detail and time management
Good English communication skills
Prior experience in administration or data entry is an advantage
