Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Reltio Platform knowledge RIH Reltio Integration Hub and Reltio MDM with a preference for those with domain experience in Provider. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement solutions using Reltio Platform knowledge RIH Reltio Integration Hub to enhance data management capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Reltio MDM into existing systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective implementation. Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Reltio MDM and Integration Hub. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in design and architecture discussions to drive innovation and improvement. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to ensure optimal functionality. Document technical processes and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Reltio Integration Hub and Reltio MDM. Demonstrate experience in the Provider domain is a plus. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in data management and integration techniques. Have strong communication and collaboration abilities. Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
