Role: Reliability Engineer

Required Technical Skills: Familiar with typical reliability test procedures

Experience: 3-10 years

Location: Bangalore

Must Have Skill: o Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.


3+ years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or experimental setting.

Familiar with typical reliability test procedures, e.g., environmental, mechanical testing.

Understanding of failure analysis techniques (X-Ray, CT, SEM/EDS, FTIR, XPS, CSAM) is a plus.

Fluent in English, should be capable of speaking, listening, reading and writing

Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage relationships with external vendors.

Experience with lab management is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage small projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Proactive and results-driven, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally
