Job Description

We are looking for Reliability Engineer with 5 to 16 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore location.

Key Skills: Experience in Business Intelligence and Statistical Data Analytics using any tools such as Cognos, SAS, Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, Python,

Roles and Responsibilities:

• This role will require engagement on multiple products with cross-functional teams and management of lab activities and personnel.

• This role will require engagement with devices suppliers to set up Reliability lab at their location as needed to run reliability tests

• Understanding reliability test requirements and develop Test Plans (Sample Size and Test Duration Determination) & procedures and to assess the product reliability.

• Interaction with devices suppliers to set up reliability lab at their location as need to run the reliability tests Samples availability, Chamber Selection, Fixture Preparation & resource planning.

• This role will require active participation in Budget planning, monitoring and reporting.

• Participate in failure analysis to determine the root causes of failures.

• Perform reliability analysis & FEA Analysis to formulate the hypothesis and validate it thru testing.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills required, including the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms and to develop and follow test documentation such as plans, procedures and reports.

• Experience in Business Intelligence and Statistical Data Analytics using any tools such as Cognos, SAS, Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, Python

• Experience working with LabVIEW; Thermal test equipment, thermocouple data acquisition systems, Failure Analysis Equipments

• Experience in carrying out failure analysis on component Materials - Preparation of samples, carrying out analysis and Making inference from the failure analysis.

• Knowledge of statistical techniques and models is required to analyze test data and estimate product life cycle performance
