Youll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance.   • Serve as the Release cum Change Manager, owning the end-to-end release lifecycle for internal and partner applications.
  • Maintain and track a centralized release calendar for all application changes, network updates, infrastructure patching, and IOC activities.
  • Facilitate daily toll gate discussions to expedite and monitor release approvals and changes.
  • Coordinate and approve changes in JIRA as the authorized release manager.
  • Track and monitor night-time change implementations; escalate for extensions or incidents as needed.
  • Publish and maintain weekly/monthly release and change calendars.
  • Send notifications for major releases and proactively communicate to stakeholders.
  • Generate and publish D-1 change reports and monthly KPI achievement reports for performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes and ITIL framework.

  • At least 8 years of experience in release/change management with a strong focus on ITIL-aligned practices.
  • Proven experience using Release Management Tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience working in a 24x7 production environment managing critical releases.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory; ITIL Intermediate/Expert preferred.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Change Management: Deep understanding of change control processes and policies.
  • Configuration Management: Knowledge of configuration management practices and tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Familiarity with QA integration into the release process.
  • Automation: Experience with automation tools such as Digital.AI for release streamlining.
  • IT Infrastructure: Working knowledge of infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to communicate release status, risks, and updates clearly.
  • Project Management: Exceptional planning and coordination skills to manage multiple simultaneous releases.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify, assess, and resolve release issues under pressure.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
