Release ManagerExperience : 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience.Notice Period : 15 days or Immediate joinerKey Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for the end-to-end build and deployment process, ensuring timely and successful releases.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that facilitate automated testing and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to plan and execute releases. Coordinate schedules and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.Conduct environment checks and validations before releases to ensure all necessary configurations and setups are in place.
Manage the deployment process in UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments, ensuring adherence to best practices and minimizing downtime.
Monitor deployments for any issues, providing quick solutions and escalating as necessary.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to release processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Identify and implement process improvements for release management; champion best practices in build and deployment strategies.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in release management, build deployment, and CI/CD pipeline management.
Hands-on experience with build tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and deployment automation (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
