Release and Delivery Manager

Own and drive the enterprise-wide release strategy across brands, regions, and platforms. Govern and execute major feature releases, platform upgrades, security and compliance releases, hotfixes, and emergency releases. Act as the final Go/No-Go authority from a platform risk, quality, and stability standpoint. Own rollback strategy, incident coordination, and post-release stabilization. Drive adoption of AI-driven release automation for impact analysis, regression intelligence, risk scoring, and release validation. Own end-to-end platform delivery execution across engineering, QA, infrastructure, security, and business technology partners. Drive delivery planning, dependency management, and execution governance across multi-program initiatives. Ensure on-time, on-quality, on-budget delivery of platform initiatives. Own delivery operating rhythm including program plans, integrated roadmaps, milestone tracking, and RAID management. Lead cross-vendor delivery coordination and execution alignment. Drive delivery maturity across agile, hybrid, and scaled agile programs. Ensure environment readiness across Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Prod. Establish release and delivery governance, audit controls, and compliance alignment. Own change management integration with ITSM and security. Build predictability into platform execution through stable calendars, dependency forecasting, and capacity alignment. Partner with Product, Architecture, UX Platform, and Engineering leaders to convert strategy into executable platform delivery plans and de-risk large-scale programs
