  • The academy program is designed to develop a pool of first-level Business Development Officers with niche gold appraising skills and operational knowledge.
You will be trained on:
  • Gold Appraisal
  • Lead generation
  • Customer relationship management
Eligibility Criteria
  • The applicant should have completed a minimum of 12th Standard in any board examination.
  • Upto 25 years of age as on 01st Jul\xe2\x80\x992023.
  • Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process
  • The above will be considered the threshold criteria for shortlisting at sole discretion.
  • 2 Wheeler & Driving Licence .
Programme Highlights \xe2\x97\x8f 3-month sales training with classroom and experiential learning programme. \xe2\x97\x8f 9 months of relationship management training. \xe2\x97\x8f On completing the 1 Year Fast Forward Programme you get an opportunity to join as Associate Relationship Manager. \xe2\x97\x8f The training not only imparts knowledge and sales skills but also in gold appraisal processes, systems, regulations, and compliance frameworks involved in day-to-day operations. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing the right cartage, proper stone deduction, and avoiding/preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
  • Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes/policies - KYC adherence. Verify the customer\'s KYC & complete online registration.
  • Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholders for loan approval.
  • Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
  • Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
  • Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.

  • Upon successful absorption as an Assistant Relationship Manager, the employee will get the best in the industry CTC of 3.5 Lakhs - 4.5 Lakhs (Fixed + Variable).
