- The academy program is designed to develop a pool of first-level Business Development Officers with niche gold appraising skills and operational knowledge.

- Customer relationship management
- The applicant should have completed a minimum of 12th Standard in any board examination.
- Upto 25 years of age as on 01st Jul\xe2\x80\x992023.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process
- The above will be considered the threshold criteria for shortlisting at sole discretion.
- 2 Wheeler & Driving Licence .
- To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing the right cartage, proper stone deduction, and avoiding/preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes/policies - KYC adherence. Verify the customer\'s KYC & complete online registration.
- Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholders for loan approval.
- Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
- Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
- Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.
- trainees will be absorbed as an employee Basis on assessment.
- Opportunity to become Territory Business Manager in 3 Years based upon performance.
- Undergraduate trainees will get an opportunity to complete graduation.
- Upon successful absorption as an Assistant Relationship Manager, the employee will get the best in the industry CTC of 3.5 Lakhs - 4.5 Lakhs (Fixed + Variable).
