Handle and support existing retail and HNI clients
Respond to client queries related to trades, margins, and positions
Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Provide regular market updates and trade-related information
Execute trades in Equity, Derivatives, Currency or Commodities
Assist clients during live market hours
Monitor market movements and inform clients accordingly
Follow trading compliance and exchange regulations
