Role Overview: Relationship & Sales Executive



We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional to build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, educators, and decision-makers. This role involves promoting Kids Age Newspaper, managing client relationships, and executing timely follow-ups to ensure long-term engagement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Sales



Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media campaigns. Promote Kids Age Newspaperto school principals, teachers, and other educational stakeholders.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management



Establish and nurture long-term relationships with educational institutions. Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our offerings effectively.

Pipeline Management



Maintain and manage a sales pipeline through telesales and email marketing. Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status systematically.

Customer Support & Service



Handle client inquiries, process orders, and ensure a seamless experience. Provide post-sale support to encourage client retention.

Data Management



Maintain accurate and organized records of contacts, communications, and follow-up activities.

Collaboration & Teamwork



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth service delivery. Contribute positively to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Goal-driven with a customer-first mindset Comfortable with telesales, email outreach, and basic CRM tools Prior experience in education sales or client relationship roles is a plus
