Job Description

The Relationship Officer - LAP (Loan Against Property) in Kanchi will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of LAP clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, assessing loan applications, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The officer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies. Responsibilities:


Identify and acquire new LAP customers through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Assess loan applications, conduct due diligence, and evaluate creditworthiness. Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the LAP portfolio. Monitor loan performance and manage loan delinquency. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies. * Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns.
