JOB DESCRIPTION:- Designation - Branch Relationship Officer/Manager Pay Roll: On Roll Experience: Mini.3 Year in Banking Sector or in insurance CTC: Up To 5.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus Qualification: Graduation complete Skill:- Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented Basic Computer Skills :- (MS - Office, Excel, PowerPoint) Roles : Acquire new current and saving accounts Open market CASA acquisition and target-oriented role Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high-net-worth customers through individualized customer service Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts Track customer complaints /queries and turnaround times to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products. Going beyond the professed need of the customer by providing other products.
