Relationship Officer

Role: We are looking for Relationship Officer- Home Loan/Mortgage Loans who believe in and maintain long-term relationship and go an extra mile in on-boarding new customers and retaining old ones.

Experience: 1-5 years

Education: Graduation

Location - Haldwani, Dehradun, Haridwar, Ayoydha

Key Tasks:

Minimum 1 year of Experience In Housing loan/Mortgage loan Sales. To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target. Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in recovery. Monitor the loan portfolio - conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures & practices and continuously contribute to their improvement. Accurate and timely record keeping and reporting. Understanding customer needs and responding to customer queries & issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Completion of loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signature and notarization; collecting fees. Any other work assigned to you from time to time.

Pay: Up to ₹32500 CTC per month
