Relationship Officer (RO) builds and maintains strong client connections, acting as the main contact to understand needs, offer tailored financial solutions/products, resolve issues, and drive satisfaction, loyalty, and sales growth through proactive communication, portfolio management, and cross-selling, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML). Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Develop, nurture, and manage a portfolio of client relationships. Needs Assessment: Understand client financial goals, risk profiles, and behavior. Product/Service Delivery: Provide advice, promote relevant banking/financial products, and process applications. Sales & Growth: Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and achieve sales targets. Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and issues, resolving them efficiently. Compliance: Ensure adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies, monitoring risk. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and prepare performance reports. Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to meet client needs.
