Age limit:20 to 30.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.

Needs Assessment:

Understand client needs, objectives, and preferences to provide suitable solutions.

Problem Solving:

Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage issues promptly and effectively.

Sales & Growth:

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to increase revenue.

Collaboration:

Work with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience.

Communication:

Proactively communicate with clients, conduct regular reviews, and provide tailored updates.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare reports on client outcomes.
