Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure retention.
Assist in cross-selling and up-selling of products to maximize business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
Participate in marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and business development initiatives.
