Job Summary



Varthana is looking for a Relationship Officer - Student Loans who will develop tie-up opportunities with new and existing schools and colleges while monitoring and supporting the current channel for better business output. The candidate will be creating call plans with the predetermined objectives prior to the client visit and researching customer needs to match items with the Client Value Proposition. The incumbent will be regularly visiting the channel to ensure enough lead generation and instructing the counselors or staff members regarding product development. The Relationship Officer will also create presentations, organize Educational institutions' events, and timely resolve queries or escalations pertaining to channels.



Key Role Deliverables



Sales Management:


Visiting schools and other educational institutions for generating leads for student loans

Achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.


Marketing Management:


Planning, and executing marketing campaigns for beyond loan products and generating revenue out of them

Working on activities to build a brand image for the company

Relationship Management: Building a solid relationship with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loan initiatives


Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the portfolio by timely and effective collections
