Our projects include skill development programs, women's empowerment, health & hygiene drives, animal welfare, environmental awareness, and youth leadership initiatives.
Through collaborations with schools, colleges, and educational institutions across India, TMF aims to bridge the gap between learning and opportunity -- empowering students with the tools and skills needed for a better future.
Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator / Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions, representing TMF's initiatives and coordinating program implementation. You will serve as the primary link between TMF and educational partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely communication, and impactful outreach.
This role involves field visits, communication, and coordination to promote TMF's programs (like Skill Development, Nayi Disha Yojana, and Scholarship Drives) and to ensure effective on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Collaboration
Visit and connect with schools, colleges, and training institutes to introduce TMF's initiatives.
Present and explain project details, benefits, and participation processes to principals, coordinators, and faculty members.
Build long-term partnerships for ongoing educational and social welfare projects.
Organize awareness sessions, orientation programs, and on-site events.
Coordination & Implementation
Coordinate with internal TMF departments to ensure smooth project rollout.
Facilitate the collection of participant data, feedback forms, and reports from partner institutions.
Monitor on-ground activities to ensure adherence to project objectives and timelines.
Support documentation, reporting, and logistics for each project event or activity.
Relationship Management
Maintain regular follow-ups and communication with institutional partners.
Handle queries, provide necessary materials, and ensure partner satisfaction.
Strengthen TMF's image as a reliable and impactful NGO partner in the education sector.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, and partnership updates.
Submit weekly/monthly reports to the Program Manager.
Highlight challenges, success stories, and opportunities for expansion.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
Minimum Graduate (Preferred: in Education, Management, or Social Work).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi & English (Regional languages are a plus).
Confident personality with ability to connect with institutional heads and educators.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel locally and inter-state as per project needs.
Desired:
Prior experience in NGO, CSR, or educational outreach roles.
Knowledge of school/college operations and partnership development.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
