Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

Home Loan

&

Loan Against Property (LAP)

cases from open market

Building strong relationships with customers, builders & property agents

Visiting clients, collecting documents & coordinating for loan approvals

Meeting monthly sales targets & reporting to Area Sales Manager

Maintaining follow-up & customer satisfaction post disbursal

Requirements

Graduate (BBA/B.Com preferred)
Strong communication & sales skills
Must be open to field work (bike preferred)
Basic knowledge of home loans & mortgage processes
