Job Description

Objective & Kay Responsibilities -



Client Engagement and Support

:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them effectively use the company's educational products and services.

Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales and Business Development

:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.

Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of educational products to prospective clients.

Product Knowledge and Expertise

:

Gain a deep understanding of the company's educational products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution

:

Act as a point of contact for client issues and concerns, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer support and product development, to address and resolve any product-related issues.

Feedback and Improvement

:

Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the company's products and services.

Work with product development teams to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements or modifications.

Event Coordination and Participation

:

Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote the company's products and engage with clients.

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Reporting and Documentation

:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback.

Prepare regular reports on client status, sales performance, and market trends for internal stakeholders.

Training and On boarding

:

Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including training sessions and introductory meetings.

Provide guidance and support to clients during the initial implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align client needs with company offerings.

Share insights and feedback with internal teams to help refine marketing strategies and product development.

Compliance and Documentation

:

Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of client agreements, contracts, and communications.

Pay: ?10,872.94 - ?15,000.00 per month
