Generate leads from identified markets and convert them into numbers by proper follow up and execution. Will be responsible for exceeding business disbursements targets month on month. Tracking and improving his/her Productivity at individual level. Monitoring and mentoring his portfolio customers for service-related issues, after sales service/collection. Managing IRR and product mix as specified time to time.
