Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding profile creation, matches, and premium services Follow up with leads and assist in converting free users to premium memberships Maintain user data, interactions, and status in CRM tools. Ensure excellent relationship management and client satisfaction. Handle sensitive customer data with professionalism and confidentiality Manage telecallers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates with prior experience in matrimonial portals or customer-facing roles will be given preference. Minimum educational qualification required is a Graduate Degree from a recognized institution. Proficiency in communication in both Malayalam and English is essential. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, data entry, and CRM tools, is mandatory. Applicants with prior experience as a Team Leader in customer service, telecalling, or relationship management are encouraged to apply.
