Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions and explain financial products Assist customers with loan, insurance, banking, or investment services Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve assigned sales and service targets Conduct field visits or office-based customer engagement (as per role) Maintain customer data and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and disbursement

Skills Required:

Good communication skills Basic knowledge of banking or financial products (training will be provided) Customer handling and relationship-building skills Willingness to learn and grow in the BFSI sector Basic computer knowledge
